Contributions to the Cynthia Sinkez campaign for Cary Town Council are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the state of North Carolina Election Laws.  That law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence.  All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions are not tax deductible and are limited to $4000 from any one individual to any one campaign per election.
